To purchase any of Country Interiors products just use our shopping cart facility to purchase by Paypal or credit card, or we can process your purchase by fax, email or phone. Country Interiors accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Also, Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque and Money Orders are accepted (for purchases by Australian citizens only). All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars. They do not include postage / shipping charges.
Smaller items will be sent by Australia Post and the postage will be calculated at shopping cart checkout. Larger items will be subject to quote for delivery and advised to the customer. Country Interiors welcome our customers to pick up their orders from our shop if convenient or to arrange their own freight. Please feel free to contact us during business hours to discuss shipping & postage options. We have a policy of combined postage when ordering more than one item at a time. Country Interiors recommends registered post with insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for broken or lost items once it leaves our shop. A small price to pay for peace of mind. We also encourage enquiries regarding shipping costs from international buyers.
Delivery
Provided items purchased are in stock, all orders placed by Credit Cards will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. If the item you require is out of stock we will contact you regarding expected delivery date
Returns & Exchanges
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Country Interiors, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of date of purchase. Returned goods must be repacked in original packaging. Returns are subject to exchange or store credit only however there is no return or exchange on sale stock or if you simply change your mind. There are no refunds available.

Although we endeavour to keep our website up to date with items in stock, occasionally products will be out of stock or be a discontinued line from our supplier. If you would like to check on availability please contact our store by email or by phoning before placing your order
